TNT and DHL are our preferred choice.
We have found them to be highly reliable and responsive to resolving any problems that might arise.
We can also use any carrier of your choice.

Urgency
If you require any other types of urgency or carrier, we need you to clearly specify this information on your order to us. We make every effort to ship stocked items the same day. This is not always possible due to order backlog. Larger orders will also take longer. We need you to let us know your urgent requirements so that we can prioritize. It is possible to do same day (counter-to-counter, or point-to-point) shipments for emergency situations.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges can be determined by completing an order or quote online. We can also provide this for you if you contact us by phone or email. The product prices do not include shipping or insurance. Our default method is to pre-pay the shipping and add it to your invoice. We charge the standard DHL rates. We do not normally charge handling fees. We will provide shipping quotes, weight and dimensions upon request. If you require a Pro Forma Invoice, please let us know if you want us to quote shipping or if you will use your carrier account number.

Taxes
We are only authorized to collect Goods and Services Tax (GST) for shipments to addresses in Singapore. For all other locations, the purchaser is responsible for paying any uncollected taxes or duties to their local authorities.

Tracking
We will normally send you a tracking number of your shipment via e-mail once the item has been shipped.
